What is 5-corner model?

The 5-corner model is how UAE e-invoices travel. The supplier’s ERP (corner 1) sends the invoice to the supplier’s ASP (corner 2), which exchanges it over Peppol with the buyer’s ASP (corner 3), which delivers it to the buyer’s ERP (corner 4). The FTA (corner 5) receives tax data in near real time.

Also known as: five-corner model, Peppol 5-corner model, 5 corner model

Why it matters for UAE e-invoicing

It extends Peppol’s standard 4-corner model, where only the two businesses and their Access Points take part, by adding the tax authority as a fifth corner.

Ravera can act as corner 2 for your outgoing invoices and corner 3 for the invoices your suppliers send you, using the same API and its own Access Point.
