Connecting NetSuite to Ravera for UAE e-invoicing
NetSuite connects to Ravera through Ravera’s REST API. Your NetSuite administrator or partner sends approved invoices and credit memos to the API, typically using SuiteScript. Ravera converts them to PINT AE XML, validates them, exchanges them through its own Peppol Access Point and reports to the FTA as an FTA-Accredited Service Provider.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is there a Ravera SuiteApp for NetSuite?
No. Ravera does not publish a SuiteApp. Ravera provides a documented REST API, sandbox and credentials. Your NetSuite administrator or partner builds the connection, usually with SuiteScript or an integration platform you already use, and owns it. Ravera helps map your data to PINT AE and assists testing until everything passes.
Can one NetSuite OneWorld account cover several UAE subsidiaries?
Yes. A single OneWorld account can send invoices for several subsidiaries to Ravera’s API, as long as each invoice carries the right subsidiary and tax registration data. Your partner maps each subsidiary during the build. Ravera then exchanges and reports each invoice under the correct entity, giving the group one provider and one support team.
How long does it take to connect NetSuite to Ravera?
A typical project follows Ravera’s onboarding model: data mapping and sandbox access in week 1, build and testing in weeks 2 to 6, and production from week 7. Accounts with many subsidiaries or complex scripts can take longer. Your NetSuite partner owns the build plan, and Ravera supports testing throughout.
