Privacy policy

This policy explains how Ravera EInvoicing Services FZCO (“Ravera”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you respond to our advertising on LinkedIn, including when you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form or visit ravera.ae from one of our LinkedIn ads.

Who we are

Ravera EInvoicing Services FZCO is an FTA-Accredited Service Provider for UAE e-invoicing and a subsidiary of Ilyda SA. We are responsible (the controller) for the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at sales@ravera.ae.

What we collect

When you submit one of our LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, LinkedIn shares with us the information shown in that form, which may include:

  • your name, work email address and phone number;
  • your company, job title, industry and country;
  • your answers to any questions in the form, for example about your ERP or the number of clients you serve.

Each form shows exactly which details will be shared before you submit it. We also record which ad and campaign the form came from.

If you visit ravera.ae and accept analytics and marketing cookies, the LinkedIn Insight Tag records your visit so we can measure our campaigns. The tag does not load if you choose “Essential only”. See our cookie policy; you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

How we use it

  • to respond to your request and contact you about UAE e-invoicing and Ravera’s services or partner programme;
  • to record your enquiry in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so our team can follow up;
  • to measure and improve the performance of our LinkedIn campaigns.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similar effects on you.

Our basis for using it

We use your data because you asked us to contact you when you submitted the form (consent), and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and measuring our advertising. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect contact that took place before you withdrew it.

Who we share it with

  • service providers that host our CRM, our lead database and our website, who process the data only on our instructions;
  • companies in the Ilyda SA group, where needed to support your enquiry;
  • authorities, where the law requires it.

LinkedIn processes the data you enter into its forms and the data collected by the Insight Tag under its own privacy policy: linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Some of our service providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where they do, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data protection law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage our relationship. If you do not become a customer or partner, we delete or anonymise your data within 24 months of our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to how we use it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email sales@ravera.ae and we will respond within the time the law requires. You can also complain to the competent data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
