UAE e-invoicing for large corporates and groups
Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more go live with UAE e-invoicing on 1 January 2027 and must appoint an FTA-Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026. Ravera gives groups one provider for every UAE entity: one REST API for all their ERPs, Peppol exchange through its own Access Point, automatic FTA reporting and 7-year UAE archiving.
The challenge
Where e-invoicing gets harder
Many entities, many ERPs
Groups often run SAP in one business, Dynamics or NetSuite in another, and legacy systems in a third.
Shared service centres
Finance operations are centralised, so the team needs one view and one provider across every entity.
The earliest deadline
As the first phase to go live, large businesses have the least time to select a provider, build and test.
How Ravera fits
The services that matter most
Issue & convert
Every ERP in the group sends invoice data to one API.
Validate & sign
The same rules apply to every entity, so quality is consistent across the group.
Report to the FTA
Each entity’s documents are reported to the FTA automatically.
Archive
One 7-year UAE archive for the whole group.
Residency, volume and structure
- Data residency
- All documents for every entity are archived for 7 years in UAE-domiciled storage, ready for group audit.
- Volume
- Validation happens per document before submission, so large billing runs keep moving even when one record needs correcting.
- Multi-entity
- Each entity connects through the same API and is reported under its own tax registration, with one contract and one support team for the group.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can different entities in our group use different ERPs with Ravera?
Yes. Each ERP connects to the same Ravera REST API, so an entity on SAP and another on Dynamics or NetSuite are both covered. Each connection is built and owned by the relevant ERP team or integrator. Ravera maps each one during onboarding and reports every invoice to the FTA under the correct entity.
When must a large business appoint an Accredited Service Provider?
Businesses with annual revenue of AED 50 million or more must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026, ahead of going live on 1 January 2027. Groups with several entities and ERPs should appoint early, because each connection needs to be built by the relevant ERP team or integrator and tested before go-live.
