UAE e-invoicing for high-volume issuers

High-volume issuers sending 10,000 or more documents a week need an FTA-Accredited Service Provider that keeps billing moving. Ravera validates every document before submission, exchanges it through its own Peppol Access Point, reports it to the FTA in near real time, and sets service levels for your volume in the contract.

The challenge

Where e-invoicing gets harder

  • Billing runs cannot stall

A failed batch at scale means delayed invoices, delayed cash and a finance team working late.

  • Errors multiply

At high volume, a small data issue affects thousands of documents unless it is caught early.

  • Status at scale

Teams need to know which invoices were accepted, which failed and why, without checking one by one.

How Ravera fits

The services that matter most

All six services are available, standalone or together. These carry the most weight in your sector.
  • Validate & sign

Every document is checked before submission, so exceptions are isolated.

  • Exchange

Our own Peppol Access Point carries the traffic.

  • Report to the FTA

Reporting to the FTA is automatic, per document.

  • Archive

Every document is retained for 7 years in the UAE.

Residency, volume and structure

Data residency
Every document, however many, is archived for 7 years in UAE-domiciled storage.
Volume
Validation runs per document before submission, and the API returns a status for each one, so your systems can act on exceptions automatically.
Multi-entity
High-volume groups keep one API and one provider across entities, with each invoice reported under the right tax registration.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does Ravera handle 10,000 or more documents a week?

Ravera validates each document before submission, so errors are isolated one by one rather than failing a whole run. Every document gets a status back through the API. Service levels for your volume are set out in your contract, and your integrator should test with production-like volumes in the sandbox before go-live.

What happens when an invoice fails validation?

Ravera returns the validation result to your system through the API, with the reason the document failed. Your integrator writes that status back to the ERP so your team can correct the data and resend it. Because validation happens before submission, an invalid invoice never reaches the buyer or the FTA.
