UAE e-invoicing for logistics and shipping
Logistics and shipping companies that issue in-scope B2B invoices in the UAE must send them as PINT AE XML through an FTA-Accredited Service Provider. Ravera connects transport management, freight and ERP systems through one REST API, validates each invoice before submission, and receives invoices from agents and subcontractors as structured data.
The challenge
Where e-invoicing gets harder
Invoices per shipment
Billing is frequent and detailed, with charges and surcharges attached to each job.
Operational systems do the billing
Transport and freight systems generate invoices, while finance sits in a separate ERP.
A long tail of suppliers
Agents, hauliers and subcontractors send many invoices that payables must process quickly.
How Ravera fits
The services that matter most
Issue & convert
Transport and ERP systems send invoice data to the same API.
Validate & sign
Each job’s invoice is checked before it leaves.
Receive
Agent and subcontractor invoices arrive as structured data.
Report to the FTA
Every document is reported to the FTA automatically.
Residency, volume and structure
- Data residency
- Every document is archived for 7 years in UAE-domiciled storage, ready for audit.
- Volume
- Invoices are validated one by one, so a single problem job does not hold up the rest of the day’s billing.
- Multi-entity
- Operators with separate freight, warehousing and port entities keep one provider and one API, with each invoice reported under the right tax registration.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can a transport management system send invoices to Ravera?
Yes. Transport management and freight systems can send invoice data straight to Ravera’s REST API, alongside your ERP. Your IT team or integrator builds and owns the connection. Ravera maps each system during onboarding, then validates every invoice, exchanges it over Peppol and reports it to the FTA.
Can Ravera receive invoices from our subcontractors?
Yes. Subcontractors that use their own Accredited Service Provider send invoices to you over Peppol, and Ravera receives them into your payables as structured data. Smaller subcontractors without an ERP connection can use Ravera’s supplier portal to send you compliant invoices, which keeps your inbound process consistent.
