What is Tax Registration Number (TRN)?

A Tax Registration Number (TRN) is the unique number the FTA issues to a business registered for tax in the UAE. It appears on tax invoices and is one of the key fields in a PINT AE e-invoice, identifying the supplier and, where applicable, the buyer.

Also known as: TRN, Tax Registration Number

Why it matters for UAE e-invoicing

Correct TRNs are essential: an invoice with a missing or malformed TRN fails validation and cannot be exchanged or reported.

During onboarding, Ravera helps your integrator map where TRNs sit in your ERP, including for groups with several registered entities.
